BN14 – Weighing systems
Our BN14 weighing system allows for 15kg loads and 5g intervals, which can be adjusted according to customer specifications, and can take up to 1200 boxes per hour, depending on size. The machine has the option to weigh single items as well as stacks of multiple items.
The machine is easily integrated into the existing conveyor system and allows for a stacking or taping machine to be installed after the machine.
By means of interface to down stream equipment, the products can be diverted in different directions or ejected (quality control).
Vision-weight system
The vision/weight system can be integrated into existing conveyor systems, according to
customers requirements.
The vision/weight system, can be used to differentiate and detect damage on products coming in a constant flow.
